Lunar Rabbits was a project for my 2D animation class at PCC, inspired by Japanese and other Asian myths that interpret the Moon’s dark markings as a rabbit living there. Interestingly, 2023 was also the Lunar Year of the Rabbit.
I learned animation foundation from character design, story board, walk/run sequence, lip sync, rigging, sound effects, etc. And this was the final animation project that includes all these foundation elements.
